Help me find a movie

Hi, a long time ago a saw a movie, not the best quality out there, about a female robot used as a weapon by terrorists, I think it was on YouTube but I can't remember the name and can't find it in the wiki. If anyone knows what this movie could be it'd be really appreciated :)

Terrorists weaponizing a fembot?
Sounds like the series finale of the 1980's Astro Boy anime.

The fembot is underage, however.

O thought it was TC 2000 too, but if I remember correctly it is a more recent production. Also it looked kinda amateurish or well, low budget. Thank you anyways
