I was scrolling and taking a look at some Twitter artists, and I just found two of them who are definitely worth watching.

I don't think they have been mentioned here before so here you go:

Hase_Ekakimono

I think he takes commissions on Patreon. His art can be a bit simplistic. However, his drawings are definitely on point. His Twitter and Pixiv contain lots of amazing fembot illustrations:

Her main specialty are hypnotized girls. However, her fembot illustrations never cease to amaze me for the attention that she puts to the details. There's a specially nice drawing on her Twitter that shows a pair of characters being completely dismantled while being repaired. You'll find it if you scroll down a little bit on her media. Those characters are called: "VARA-dolls"
