How to Rename File Names

I recently uploaded a file titled "Mister minations - heather flanagan 1.gif", but I have since found out that the model is actually named "Helen Flanagan", not Heather. For the sake of consistency and documentation, I would like to rename the file. How do I do that without uploading a new image?
