Okay, honest question: which image better fits the ASFR definition? In my opinion, the first image is more visually appealing as a drawing but looks nothing like a gynoid. On the other hand, the second image, in which I drew seams overlaying the original image, feels awkward.

Second one. Need some story blurb to go with your picture if there are no obvious robotic elements. Also, I just looooooove seams.

Okay, this is going to be one of the rare instances in which I post a photo manipulation instead of a 2D drawing.

However, there is a reason for this.

I'm still working on the animation, but, for it to work, I'm going to need a .gif of some malfunctioning electronics. Ordinarily, I'd look for one myself, but I don't want to. Instead, I'm going to ask the community for one because I don't want to do it myself.

Specifically, I'm looking a .gif that contains at least two of the following:

• Smoking/sparking wires

• Blinking lights on circuit board

• Stalled fans

• Broken motors

Any help will be appreciated

Story Blurb
When management chose her outfit, it was more of a tongue-in-cheek joke than anything else.

It was a well known fact that B was a robot, specifically a CB-3000 series, and someone thought it would be funny if she wore metallic stripper armor to an upcoming concert. Most people in the room were on board with it, including B herself. As a performer, she found it as amusing as everyone else, especially since nobody suspected her nature even though there were literally half a dozen other well-known pop artists manufactured using the exact same model.

Apparently, people are just that unperceptive these days.

As for B herself, she wasn't entirely dissimilar.

Initially, there weren't any problems. The outfit was a little heavy, but the extra 18 pounds didn't stop her from completing any rehearsals. However, as time went on, she began to notice her battery depleting far faster than normal, and her hydraulic assembly began to stutter oddly. Due to scheduling issues for other live events, support staff only had enough time to patch the issues before sending her off to the next performance.

It took a while, and the breaking point thankfully occurred in a safe environment. During a routine maintenance check, as she performed an otherwise simple stretching exercise, B snapped in half. According to the staff, she literally folded in half, tearing out wires and synthetic skin as the support structures in her body gave out.

According to a an onlooker, it was "rather traumatizing".

An incident report later revealed the issue: her spinal assembly, unable to bear the stress of her heavy costume, splintered apart. Apparently, the structure, which she had used since her days as an exotic dancer, had never been upgraded to handle heavier loads. Moreover, the assembly was an aging, yellowed plastic shell as opposed to the titanium and polymer alloys used bymodern models.

Technicians would later apologize for this gross negligence.

For the time being, B is out of commission as staff sort out her maligned fiber optics and begin integrating her systems with a new chassis.
