I'm looking for a novel l learned of years aga in which a woman is found on an alien ship and awakes to discover she's now a robot, transferred into a new body by her abductors.

“Steel Beneath the Skin” - book 1 of the Angela Jansen series by Niall Teasdale. Available on Amazon Kindle. The series is... okay. Some robotic action and also another female android, built, who gets some maintenance occasionally.
