Ouch. I'm guessing that by disturbing, that means that we are losers, abusive, control freaks, rapists or (SAY IT AIN'T SO) child molesters.
I really hate when we are portrayed negatively because I really think that it will be a natural choice for many in the future.

Oh well, I'm hoping that at least the fembots are portrayed positively instead of the usual jealous, spiteful, boring, irrational murderers.

I hope I'm not bumping an older thread too hard, but the mention of Heavy Metal struck a chord with me.

I remember first encountering Heavy Metal maybe a couple months after I legally bought my first vodka bottle at the liquor store. It was a wonderful experience to say the least, and the magazine has always had gorgeous art and great graphic shorts. I recommend this magazine to anyone that isn't a total prude. That said, I think it is disappointing that TS would be portrayed in a negative way in this magazine. It would be as if they hate their own audience.

You can go back to at least 2004 to find TS displayed on the cover at of the magazine. Sadly, I lack talent in the visual arts department. I certainly hope that more artists portray this idea in a more positive light in future issues. After all there are a bunch of individuals in this community; probabilistically some have to be excellent artists and writers as evidenced by the images in the wiki and story forums.

Thanks for the heads up Kishin. Perhaps I'll pick up a copy for the gynoid art as you suggested. One can go to the the Heavy Metal website and see a 50 odd page preview of the current issue and the gynoid art looks good from what I can see.
