A long-off long shot: Logan's Run remake

I just happened to check the director of up-coming Tron:Legacy (Joseph Kosinski) on imdb.com and he looks to be developing remakes of The Black Hole and Logan's Run. Perhaps we could see a return of the android 'utopia' in the Logan's Run pilot. Unlikely, I realise, but there's always hope.
