Sometime ago someone posted a link to a German movie called Robotgirls, originally posted by Hypno49.

Well, after many hours of searching I have finally located this movie! I believe that its actually called " Schwanz gesteuert " with Mandy Mistery as the blond with the short hair and Monique la Belle as the entranced maid.

Watched it. It's nothing more than a mind-control flick using a specially modified watch to make people act out their "controller's" desires. Nowhere CLOSE to being anything similar to what goes on in movies like 2040 for example.
