For comic fans, perhaps the most famous fembot in comic books is featured in the four issue miniseries "Marvel Zombies 3".

She always was....I hated the fact that she didn't get a lot of "visual" time on the Avengers comics, as well as her death.

Cool. That artist isn't quite getting the most out of the opportunity, but it's good to see the character being used again. (She's appearing in the main-continuity books as well ... Avengers: The Initiative or some other.)

She is also scheduled to rejoin the main Avengers team after the conclusion of Secret Invasion.
