Live action Negima!, I think. (Anime show.) The thing with the ears is Chachamaru, by the looks of it.

This is from the newest sentai series "Engine Sentai Go-Onger" in Japan (it's the show that Power Rangers gets its footage and suits from)
The villan is a gynoid that is essentially a steam engine in a "human" body. When angry she steams up and someone has to work her "knob" on her head to control the steam and in the second clip she gets some skin damage and you can see her innards.

There are two girls dancing behind and doing some robot movements for a while. It's a lame that there are several cuts 'cause is a videoclip.

It's been about two years since I contributed anything (!!) so I've just uploaded the first shots of 'The PerfectGirl Project' to YouTube. It involves a mix of a 3D environment and 2D characters. I think part of the reason I've lost motivation for it is that the process to make each shot involves too many stages. But if you like it, let me know and maybe that will kick me into action.
Just click the link on my signature below and 'The PerfectGirl Project' should be listed in my videos near the bottom of that page.

Holy SCHMOLY! That's AMAZING. Consider yourself applauded :D
Seriously, I can only imagine how much work goes into these when something that just takes a few frames for me can take at least a day to create. That is some talent you have there. I'd also like to register to be a "beta tester" (ahem).
Thaw me out when robot wives are cheap and effective.

Fection,

Those opening shots are a top-notch appetizer. I check your youtube profile on a regular basis to see if the long-awaited follow-up to 'Worst Spy Ever' has been posted. I am also a fan of your pics and short animations. You definitely have a skill for malfunction scenes. You are one of the most talented and hardworking members of this group and we all appreciate your dedication to this theme.

Best of luck with "The Perfect Girl Project".

Cheers.
