Found a reference to "My Life as a Teenage Robot"
....A Nicktoon about a teenage female robot, and her human friends. This is the third spinoff from Oh Yeah! 13 episodes, minimum.
This series is slated to air as a special on Oh Yeah!, sometime this fall, to be followed by the series' premiere in January 2003.
The original name of the series was "My Neighbor Is A Teenage Robot", but it was changed in October 2002, before the series' debuted......

Not everyone's tastes, I'm betting, but hey.
