The sequel to the 'Ghost in the Shell' movie has been announced on the Production I.G. website; entitled 'Innocence: Ghost in the Shell', to be released Spring of 2004 in Japan.
Not to be confused with the 'Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex' tv series or the 'Ghost in the Shell 2: Man Machine Interface' comic series by Masamune Shirow, expected to be released in early 2003 by Dark Horse comics.
