FILM > Godzilla x Mechagodzilla, yet again

Here in Japan Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla has been remade, yet again.
Set for wide release this month.
It was already modernized in the 1990's.
I remember the orignal 1970's version featured a race of evil androids
who built MechaG and transformed the heroine into an android in what
might be the only film case of android transformation/construction with exposed innards.

But the 1990's version, Mechagodzilla was a government creation, designed to fight the big G... no race of androids,
Looks like that might be the case again, so probably no race of androids.
Definitely won't spend 1800 yen to see it, but when it comes to video..
