Does anyone knew anything about this series?
I saw a few clips that seemed to show robot girls exploding (didn't save them, now I can't find them), and everything else I've come across makes it look like any other anime series.

My opinion:
I don't like this Anime because the story is about a school girl robot which lost her memories. (To Heart 2)
To Heart is aboput school robot who want to be human or something like that.
At Genre I would say : Sci-Fi,School, Drama
I have the complete Anime serie because my younger brother like this anime
I know it is a bad (really bad) description about this anime but I watched this Anime about 2 or 3 years ago ^^" and I still don't like it
I hope the game is better than the Anime !
At Xenosaga (RPG) Game was the same. The Game was super excellent ! But the later Animation was trash .....

A More Positive Review of To Heart
To Heart is a "slice of life"-type high school animation (like Azumanga Daioh but without the constant laughs). It's based on a dating sim game where the player character (in the game and anime, Fujita Hiroyuki) meets, has adventures with and dates several of his schoolmates.
The main android character in this story is Multi (AKA Kurusugawa Electronics HMX-12). She's the green-haired girl with the antennae mounted on her ears. She becomes one of Hiroyuki's closer friends. In the story, Multi has been placed in Hiroyuki's high school by her creators to see if she could interact with human beings and (at the same time) operate in her primary function as a maid android.
Coincidentally, Multi is in sort of a "competition" with Serio (HMX-13) (the taller, strawberry red-haired girl with the more stylish wing antennae) to see which android design is better. Serio was given all the interesting add-ons (but lacked human emotions) while Multi was given nothing in the way of proper maid programming (but she sure had a human heart).
In the second To Heart anime series, To Heart - Remember My Memories, Multi somehow lost her memories of Hiroyuki and his friends and Hiroyuki spends the whole of the series trying to help Multi get her memories back. Along the way, we also meet Multi's and Serio's predecessor android, Feel (HMX-11), who was possessed by the spirit of one of her creators (killed in a car accident).
In the pure-ASFR sense, To Heart has nothing really to offer, but IMHO it's a really nice series, especially if you're into sappy romance, high-school growing-up stories.
