Help me find an old video

Hello dear fembot lovers, I need your help finding what I recall to be a kind of short demo reel (about 5 minutes run) for low budget movies CGI gun shoot out (with real actors in it), where the first scene is set on a building roof top, and a bad guy is using a woman secretary as a "human" shield against an assassin coming for him. It turns out she's an android as we see her missing belly panel exposing flashing circuitry.

The rest of the clip is about a conference room/control room filled with people that will eventually all dying from the assassin, as he finds a bloody way in, shooting out all guards and sentries standing in his way. It was a kind of kill fest, just for demoing some low budget CGI effects.
