I do not have a source for this, but I can say what the background is:
Antonio Banderas starred in the movie Automata opposite that fembot. Last I checked, it is still on Netflix. Check it out.

I'm guessing they took some publicity shots with Banderas and the fembot prop. Either that, or the gallery images are top-notch photoshops.

Also, they're not South American. One is Cuban (via Miami) and the other is from Spain.
