As I am writing/drawing my new comic THE PAINTER, on the fly (Like almost everything I ever did), I am at a cross road...
Should I add SEX SCENES or not?
Are they a very important part of the stories in my comics you like?
In Emma comic (I will finish one day), I never had a sex scene in it, but still lots of people loved it.
True, I drew on the side tons of naked pics of her (L).
How much of SEX should be in it? If you know me, it's always more around the "Human" aspect I go for...
Even my new story, SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will be exploring TRANSFORMATION for the first time... but a robot becoming a gynoid... Sorry (L) and it's apect of it becoming a replica of being a human to a robot mentality.
So, should I draw sex scenes in it or not? There will be nudity, for sure, that, don't need to worry about that (L).
It's more like drawing blowjobs, humping, wips and chains, donkeys...

But can't the anticipation of sex be just as erotic? (Especially since either way, we the reader are not actually the ones having sex. I would definitely never ask this question of real life sex
)

I'll concur with Kishin and Miss Pris on this one. I feel it should have sex, that being the ultimate goal (in some way shape or form) on this forum. But just jumping straight into a sex scene just for sex would be a waste as well. Anticipation is everything! The build up, the sexual tension, the innuendos, even the foreplay, are probably more important that the final act of sex itself.
Of course, doing that well is the hard part of the art.

Well said, ANN., My 2 lastest comics I think show both ways.
In the REPAIR, it was mostly a giant sex scene, as THE PAINTER, I am taking my time for the set ups. Yes, there will be sex scene coming soon...

I would prefer a large repair scene
