Looking for stories

I'm brand new to this board and was hoping you all could point me to a few stories that fit my particular interests. I enjoy stories that portray fembots as dominant in their relationships, or at least peers with their partners, but not submissive. I like fembots to be strong-- physically, and or even intellectually and emotionally. And I like that strength not just to reside in the background, but actually to be used in the story. Perhaps the fembot uses that strength as leverage in an intimate relationship, perhaps it is used to confront an external adversary. Either way, for me, the part of this genre that I really like it the relationship between robotic perfection... and power.

Having heard a little about my interests, do any favorite stories come to mind?

I have something close i think. Try some of my stories, like Lost But Found (it's new and will get to strong roles for some of these character), Exo Saves the Day (there are strong fembots in it like Joan), and maybe Corrupted (cyborgs and fembots who kick ass.)

The American Press come up with terms to describe groups who vote for the same candidates and issues, based on them having other common traits. Especially if they might be persuaded by either side to vote for them.

Soccer Mom: married, Caucasian home-maker or part-time worker, suburban lifestyle with kids and their friends whom she drives to football practice (the "football" that doesn't cause so much brain damage).

2000, 2004, 2008 and the state elections in 2002, 2006, Soccer Mom was in use. After that, everything's more polarized, the right-wing falling off the far edge of the chart, the left not nearly as radical in the other direction. Once Obama's running for president, women voting more for Democrats, being in the Suburbs doesn't mean wealthy anymore, and many can't abide what an inhumane, corporate, immigrant-hating racist, voter-suppressing abomination the Republican Party has become.

Sara Palin decided to call herself a hockey mom. Sometimes these labels are insulting, not so much here; this one's more a positive life-style choice. Sometimes these voters don't actually vote as a group, and it's just that the press are a bunch of political paparazzi parasites who can't stop talking even when there is nothing to say.

I think any of DukeNukem's "Small Wonder" fanfic would fit the bill. It's not all like that, but they always have good plotlines and Vicki often shows exactly how strong (physically and emotionally) she actually is... And it's set in the future so she's older now, in university, so no problems there, either.

By the way, the robots in my stories aren't really meant to be dominant. Some of them (Tammy in particular) are portrayed as equals in a relationship with a human, but generally the robots are portrayed as machines in disguise as people. The main fembot character in Soccer Mom Unit might be considered "dominant" because she isn't programmed to take human emotions into consideration - at all.

Usually a middle- or upper-class, suburban mother. Typically a house-wife who doesn't work, but spends most of her day caring for the children and dealing with their after-school activities. The best example being: driving them to soccer practice.
