How much money would you spend for buying a fembot?

If one day fembot are "available" to the market, you will have the choice between different machine, with different capabilities and cost.

If this day happened today, given your current income, how much money would you spent on a robot, and what would you expect from it for that cost.
The second part of the question is also important because I think I would not be ready to spent the same amount of money, depending on what "she" is able to do !

Basically I would say,
If its nothing more than a sophisticated sextoy, I won't pay more than what I would pay for a small car (5 000 to 9000$)
If its sophisticated enough to talk and look convingcingly human I might be willing to put even more money in it. (around 25 000$) and maybe even more if I can get attached to it, but to do that "it" needs to be...a really fucking amazing realistic fembot ^^

It depends on how much money I have left over to spend after paying my bills and everything. If I were a millionnaire for example, I would definitely set out to buy a real sex doll in a heartbeat; the best ones will cost at least ten grand. I would want her to be able to do quite a bit, too.

Economics tells me it will be a long time before I can afford what I actually desire. I suspect the level of sophistication required simply to meet the lower bound of "acceptable" for me would cost at least as much as a luxury car (about $40K) -- after the R&D is paid for. The convenience premium alone, not to mention if it still requires labor, as opposed to being self-assembled, would make the price skyrocket. And I also think most of us will be out of work by the time these machines become truly valuable and desired (since such machines are cheaper than human labor), so most of us won't be able to pay for one. If the sophisticated models ever become ubiquitous, then maybe. However, I know there are many people here who would be over the moon for a much less sophisticated model, one that doesn't so closely mimic the archetype of a real (sublimely attractive) person.
