Clothing

Post by robolover69000 » Sat Jul 14, 2012 7:30 am

I am trying my hand at writing some stories(nothing ready yet for public viewing)but the trouble I run into is how to dress my fembots, other than the old standard, business style suit/dress, blouse with skirt or t-shirt & jeans/shorts, etc.(My preferrence would be to have them walk around nude, but that would get boring after a while :D )
I need to expand my 'vocabulary'. Where do you go for your clothing ideas? I've tried searching for some catalogs, preferablely something I have download and view off line, but I haven't found many that were very satisfactory.
So any ideas, suggestions?

I've never really used it, but I've always had a fondness for a Cheongsam.

Alternatively, garter belts with or with out panties always look good.

Just past the edge of inadequate, like at an awards show.

Andrea, from "What are Little Girls Made of?",
and other Trek maidens,
often seemed to have no sides to their outfits at all.

The string bikini which has triangles with no fabric between the sides,
framing each of the three normally private parts.
It's ridiculously nonfunctional on the beach, except to generate wood.

I'm not a Friends fan, but it was fun when Jennifer Aniston's character wore lingerie publicly, thinking it was a decently modest top.

It's not about humiliation, but incongruity. Say for example, the shy character new to a group is wearing very revealing clothes, but no one registers it that way. Maybe my thinking works better in the video medium.

Crash someone else's style.
Take an Amish bonnet outfit and etc., and subtract bits.
A uniformed, package delivery womanbot, with barely any pants.
