Wind-ups......yes or no?
Simple question......how do you feel about wind-ups/clockwork girls? Personally, I like them, but I know others can find them a turn-off or just plain cheesy. Just wanted some feedback.
(PS Wanted to make this a poll, but couldn't find the option. Help would be appreciated)

Re: Wind-ups......yes or no?
Would love it, if someone can find a way to do that to me, I wouldn't say no. Seems I now even have a small hole in my spine to insert a key, lol
I'm just a 'girl' who wants to become a fembot whats wrong with that?

Re: Wind-ups......yes or no?
I have fracture damage in my spine, due to osteoporosis. Would have to be a very tiny key to get in there, mind.
A more standard set up would be far more fun, though I'd prefer the voltage zap robotization method, in all honesty.
I dont have time for character play until retirement in about 5 years, or less, depending on how well the back holds up

I’m alright with it. The key acts as a proxy for otherness and vulnerability, which are some of the traits that are appealing in fembots. Plus clockwork fembots carry that person+mechanism combination to an extreme.
Never been a fan of the windup running out, though.

I obviously love them, and to this day I still wear a key around my neck to remind me where I came from!

You might have had more chance with him, lol, I was a 'little bit' too old for him. Not that I blamed him, I would (just about) be old enough to be his mother!DollSpace wrote:I obviously love them, and to this day I still wear a key around my neck to remind me where I came from!

There are plenty of people to whom that is a plus, not a minus. ;)Stephaniebot wrote:You might have had more chance with him, lol, I was a 'little bit' too old for him. Maybe, but all the same I dont blame anyone for stopping the charm offensive when they find out I'm over 60 (just, 61)

That's ... not a problem. At least, to some. :)Stephaniebot wrote:Maybe, but all the same I dont blame anyone for stopping the charm offensive when they find out I'm over 60 (just, 61)

Oh indeed, for guys nearer to my age, it shouldn't be, but he was a lot younger than me, so far more reasonable. I think he was mid 30'sLithorien wrote:That's ... not a problem.
