Official Soul Calibur twitter tweeted this image of what appears to be a fembot wearing armor. As they recently revealed Create-a-Soul has now been divided into different races, perhaps one of said races is a robotic one??

Yeah, definitely an android-esque option (think the exact description is something like a "metal automaton made by a cult" or some jazz like that.) They had a screenshot of all the different types listed, some are out there like mummy, vampire, whatever these android / dolls are, etc.
