"Pregnant Fembot"
A few days ago, that phrase popped into my head and not sure where it came from and how to wrap my head around it.
I thought I would throw it out there and see what you could make of it?
"Pregnant Fembot" how could that happen?
What is she pregnant with?
Is she some speciality fetish model that just looks pregnant? Is she just in fixed at one point in the pregnancy or does she simuate the whole 9 months and then resets and starts over? Also does she experience the (stereotypical) behavior/mood swings, etc.
Tell me what you think it means or looks like?

Re: "Pregnant Fembot"
Well, since most fembot conceptions are metaphorical, you'd expect them doing all the things that it would be illogical for a fembot to do but logical for a woman. It's in the "fembot is just code for a woman you think is a robot but she really isn't" subtext.
As far as really pregnant fembots go, if a fembot owner want a clone or had some donated eggs (or sperm for that matter), there could be an option to incubate in a fetus inside the device. But it would make more sense to have an artificial womb and perhaps insert the womb in the fembot at the last minute.
"My mother was a robot" might be a bit hard on a kid but perhaps we'd be over such prejudices.

Re: "Pregnant Fembot"
It's theoretically possible that a cloned human might be cultivated by sperm only, if all the proper chromosomal pairs could be extracted and recombined from individual spermatozoa. The cloning mechanisms could be incorporated into the fembot's abdomen, along with an incubation module for allowing the fetus to gestate to term. You have sex with the fembot, it clones a new you from your sperm, lets it grow for nine months, and then births it (quite easily, actrually, since you can just open her up and take it out).

Re: "Pregnant Fembot"
My take?
"Pregnant" means my fembot's breasts are plump and her belly is swollen - but her insides are empty. Her only understanding of the condition is that she has been publicly marked by her owner, and everyone can see that she is owned. The way she glows on and on to her bot-friends about the changes to her body, it's like she's showing off a hickey, a fur or a diamond ring.
No one can tell this girl how "pregnant" is actually defined. There are no fetuses in the story, no mini-metal mouths to feed on the way.
She's in bliss - she's being used; and to see her is to know that she has been objectified. She is thrilled to embrace this objectification. Care for a drink? She can dispense a variety of your favorites, while believing that's something normal in pregnancies.
[Yes, the drinks on tap do take up a fair amount of space; but that's not a problem, because with continued improvements in power, materials, mechanics and processing, my prediction is that the head and torso will be less densely packed with components than we've usually seen depicted (if not quite as empty as my ideal fembot's emptied-out ego.)]
With their extra-large, empty chassis, pregnant Stepford fembots are so very, very empty.

This is the only video I know where pregnancy and "hypnotism" (the incubator of many robot videos) intersect.

Made to change into a more attractive outfit
Made to put on makeup
Fully undressed
Simulated virtual scenes (no real sex, no male nudity)

Re: "Pregnant Fembot"
I wonder if a fembot would be more horny than they were programmed for during pregnancy. If they were programmed to emulate a human female anyway. My wife was near insatiable, especially during the later stages of her two pregnancies. So much so that at times I had to decline and I almost never say no.

My story, A New Purpose, deals with this theme (although not in the way you probably mean). In it, androids and gynoids are used as failsafe for human civilization, a kind of cybernetic Noah's Ark. I still need to finish it, among other stories...
If freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will be free.
