I'm not sure if this has been posted, but here's a really nice clip from a film called "Roboforce". A gynoid fights another robot, breaks down, there's a repair scene, and then she gets shot and malfunctions at the end. The rest of the film is also on YouTube, and there's MUCH more of the robot.
