Happy New Year Folks:

I just became a member of this board, and I must say, I am happy to be here! It is so great that there are so many Humans - or People - like me who seek "alternative partnerships with artificial companions" due to incompatibility issues with other real/natural members of the same species. Ever since I first caught glimpse of Rosie the Robot Maid (THE JETSONS), Irona the Robot Maid (RICHIE RICH) and the first female Autobots on THE ORIGINAL TRANSFORMERS (from an episode entitled "The Search for Alpha Trion"), I have been going gaga for female robots ever since. The first peak for this bug of mine was between the late 1970s and the late 1980s - and then it began for a while. However, since I have realized that I am inescapably a wierdo, I have rehashed my interests in pursuing a fembot partner. Of course, I have told a few others about my fascination with robots in general - especially the fembots - and they all laughed at me at best. At worst, some likened my technosexual fetishes/fantasies and interests in those sex dolls to homosexuality and pedophilia. (SICK!) Any way, technosexuality, homosexuality and pedophilia are all different from one another; it's actually very rare that they overlap, but the problem is, most people on this Earth don't understand that. Anything outside of two heterosexual Human partners (particularly whereas must be founded in religion) is deemed as taboo - especially in my hometown of Richmond, Virginia USA. Despite all of this, I still deal with the stigma and go to and from work like a normal Human being. Do any of the rest of you have this same issue?

First, welcome aboard.

You'll find a lot of people here who share your situation. As has been said a thousand times before, there are as many different interests in fembots here as there are members. I know there are a few of us who enjoy fembots in a purely fantasy setting, I like roleplaying with my girlfriends as well as indulging in the various forms of media that are available, whether it's phone sex or custom fetish videos. But for the most part everyone here is great at accepting everyone elses tastes on the subject. There are plenty of topics that deal with your particular interests, so take a look around the forums and make yourself at home.

As far as people relating having a fembot fetish with homosexuality, or equating homosexuality and pedophilia on the same level...you might need to start hanging out with some smarter individuals, or at least some that have some cognitive reasoning ability.

Thanks for the advice! I do appreciate it. I guess with me, it's more than just the (female) robot that I like. Basically, I want something that will be loyal (or just programmable) and that will help make me comfortable, i. e. Rosie. Also, I have an interest in strong females, as demonstrated by Irona. Thirdly, I liked the "Tech Talk" that was in that TRANSFORMERS episode, when those female Autobots were discussing motor parts such as crankcases as stuff like that. (I have a thing for female mechanics as well.) It just doesn't end; I have 300-500 other different fetishes/fantasies as well. Anyway, I am glad to be welcome here.
