I post this knowing that it is a terrible movie, but still some may appreciate. If you like Machine Girl or Tokyo Gore Police this will be fine. You may get a good laugh.

The Samurai Princess
When 11 of her friends are raped and murdered, leaving the Samurai Princess (adult video star Aino Kishi) the only survivor, she becomes infused with her comrades' souls. Transformed into an android, she sets out to avenge their deaths. Dai Mizuno co-stars as the princess's human partner in this Kengo Kaji-directed gore fest that features breast grenades, detachable chainsaw limbs, deadly guitar riffs and more.

Spaceballs the animated series is on there. There is a bit of specific fembot action in a few episodes, though I'm not sure which ones off the top of my head.

Torchwood season 1 is up. Episode 4 I believe features a young lady named Lisa that is not fully converted into a Cyberman. Excellent.

In the most recent round of new titles, The Surrogates has shown up. Plenty of repair/damage type stuff, although the plot doesn't involve AIs at all.

There's also a movie called Robots, which looks like a series of short stories about robots. Haven't seen it yet, but I'll check it out.

Oh, actually it's called Robot Stories. Made in 2004, but looks like the mid 80s to me. There are 4 vignettes total. The one you might be interested in is the 3rd one about a male robot office worker who falls in love with a female robot office worker. Then they make out and touch each other's inputs about 59 minutes in. Kinda creepy really, but something...

Cyborg 2 - Glass Shadow is up on Netflix's Watch it Now section. Most of the interesting stuff is close to the beginning of the film: The title sequence, some early training stuff, and then the scene where Ms. Chen apprehends and everso-delicately dismantles our dear Cash. Past that point the plot becomes a confused mess.

Worth it to see Angelina Jolie in her undies, though.
