ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
Okay, lets try this now for actual ASFR elements. Which do you like?
Boy was it an effort to keep this to only 15 options...

Actress curiosity moments
There must be ways to do face offs/body panels (that look part of robot) without the use of CGI, but I guess its pretty hard to do. Hood, and personal facemask might work for former, but even then, to do it in a good way...? No idea how you could do a legit body panel though. Well, I'm in major need of repair, so if anyone is offering?
Equally, how on earth do you genuinely do glowing eyes, lol? Seams, and texture could easily be done with make up, or a pencil (as in wartime stockings), I'm sure. No need to ask about monotone robot style speech, been there, done that before!
Only one so far to fancy the non human finish, hope that gets a bit more love in time. Yes, would love to do that, chrome, or polymer, or otherwise, given the chance.
Never got damage, dont really get malfunctions, but I guess thats a fembot wannabee perspective, maybe?

For me a big turn-on I don't find on the list would be... i don't know how to call it, but let's just say the opposite of sleeper. So a fembot knowing that she is a robot and talking about it, not in a monotone voice, but in a perfectly human voice (with the occasional repeat of some words).
For example explicitly asking for repairs and describing his current state ("hurry, honey, be quick with your update, my RAM is occupied at 95%... ").

Other turn-ons:
Activation/deactivation
Programming - remotely commanding her, etc.
Unnatural perfection, blandness, cheeriness.
Obedience, acting as an appliance.

Control panels
Sexual Overloads (technically a hardware issue??)
Exploits/hacking
Antanna ears (what? It’s a thing!)... or maybe more generically “Contrast between robotic and human nature”... needs wordsmithing. What would you call the appeal of random robotic elements in an otherwise human form, such as the brilliant green rings around the eyes BA did that one time?
Denying her artificiality - not because she can’t acknowledge it but because she refuses to. This is probably just me

To me, names are important too! There are many names I find very attractive but also, many I can't personally work with (for different reasons! LOL) I hate the fact that they named one of the bionic woman fembots, Billie! Really? The only way I can accept that is if she was a replacement which I don't think she was. (By the way, killing a human to replace them is also a turn off!) I don't mind the names in stories, because I can change them to my liking. I also enjoy long, deactivated or powered down scenes- with the eyes open! To me it gives more a sense of a powered down and unaware robot. Eyes closed to me doesnt do anything.

Love the idea of antenna ears too. Wouldn't be hard to do as such with a headband, bit more complex if you're trying to hide the human ears at same time though

Yes, I like this one too. I would argue it's subsumed under the "Obviously Robotic Appearance" option.dieur wrote:Antanna ears (what? There are a lot of different ways to do it, from the antennas and glowing eyes you mention to your standard anime robot girl "ear-pods" (for lack of a better term). I rather like the built-in choker necklace like in the "Android Love" short film.

Ear pods, with antennas attached would probably be the best look for human actresses, I would say. Even better if they actually receive signals, and affect thoughts, lol

Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
Getting the obvious ones out of the way: Activation/Deactivation, Face-offs (though I'm a bit picky about it), open body panels, exposed inner mechanisms, repairing, and disassembly (mostly for maintenance purpose).
My turn-ons in appearances is almost universal, I like designs that are obvious (i.e. KOS-MOS, Mira from Dimension W) ear pieces, panel lines and bar code tattoo, to more subtle designs (2B from Nier, the operatives from GiTS).
The same goes for malfunctions, I'm mostly open about it. (Bonus points for glitching voice effects like stuttering or when it randomly pitches up and down.)
And I quite like the monotone/robotic speeches, either with a natural sounding voice or mostly synthetic.

Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
I always thought it would be feasible to do a Trompe-l'œil effect to give the illusion of depth from one camera angle. It would be a matter of printing an image of internals from a specific angle, applying it to an actress so it doesn't wrinkle or distort, and then shooting from an angle that matched the perspective in the image. Making the panel able to be opened would be a matter of props (sheet of silicone, e.g.) but the skin color would be nearly impossible to match ... black-and-white photography can help to an extent.Stephaniebot wrote:There must be ways to do face offs/body panels (that look part of robot) without the use of CGI, but I guess its pretty hard to do. Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
Yes, black and white could hide a multitude of shades of color, but would modern people buy a black and white film? I mean its a well known fact you never see golden age (pre WW2) movies on mainstream TV, because no one will watch anything in black and white.
Something like that could probably be done for a body panel, but the thing is, it would cost money to get it right, and lets face it, most adult fembot films aren't of the decent-high budget kind. Pretty much most things could be done (short of actually turning an actress into a robot?), with careful planning, and a decent budget, but would people pay that much more for a more technically fulfilling film, or do you just like to get your fembot stuff at a lesser price?
PS, any director or the like needing a guinea pig for experiments with creating a good body panel (or face panel), would love to help!

Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
*Explicit Sex
excuse me, as a non-native English speaker i dont quite understand this, does it mean the story or picture or video (or more) are straightforwardly meant to be a porn?
*"Sleeper" Fembots
-yes, especially when:
they deny their true nature;
when they are doing things obviously robotic on themselves, they still have a way to adopt with it without acknowledging their true nature like they have some sort of filter programs activated (see stories like "Virus Alert" and "Cancelled Project")
-not a turn on but still liked when:
they learnt their true nature, acknowledged and adopted without any serious difficulties
-disliked when:
they learnt their true nature and malfunctioned or corrupted or damaged themselves
*Face-Offs
turn me on only when they are unmoving, offline or deactivated
otherwise it would be disliked
*Open Body Panels
preferred when doing so for maintenance, data transfer, hack or something
disliked when panels opened for nothing and later got damaged
*Repair (Maintenance)
yes, preferred for debugging
*Disassembly
only for painless ones and later being assembled
partially disliked when a friendly unit damaged beyond repair and have to be disassembled
*Obviously Robotic Appearance (easily visible seams, glowing eyes, etc, but still skin-colored/textured)
partially liked
*Non-Human Finish (i.e. chrome or ME2/3 Edi-Style polymer)
partially liked
*Monotone "robot speech"
partially liked
*Malfunctions - Software/Hardware
turn me on (including hacking), hopefully repairable later or no further damage to follow on friendly units
more preferred for enemy units
*Malfunctions - Over the Top (heads exploding and such)
disliked to non-enemy units
*Damage - Subtle/Severe
preferred for enemy units
heartbroken feeling for non-enemy units
disliked for causing mayhem like a reckless child
*Damage - Complete Destruction
preferred only for evil enemy units

Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
I absolutely love open panels (geek pr0n, lol), robot vision, repair (unfortunately, in real life it's quite difficult for me to repair some devices because my hands often discharge static electricity or something like this, so I should use antistatic bracelet) and hacking / reprogramming. I'm also interested in software used in fembots (and all androids in general).

Repair, damage, all sorts of glitches and malfunctions, open panels, disassembly, reprogramming, hacking, viruses, systems testing, examination, machine-machine interactions/interfacing, power system failures, newer units being controlled by obsolete ones, and other stuff. I'm also a sucker for barcode/product info tattoos lol.

Mmmmmm, this is an interesting thing! This theme is also interesting for me as for an IT specialist, though I'm not a security expert
I'm also interested in software malfunctions (I forgot to mention it in my previous post; I chose this variant in the poll above). Because of one small health-related, well, thing (it's not visible for others and it's completely controllable) I think I can understand what a truly sentient robot may feel when he / she has a software malfunction, so this theme is important for me.

Re: ASFR Elements - Turn Ons
Well, to start off, an attractive feminine form (see also "hot bot") is a turn on for me. This could be regarding body proportions, hair style, and facial features, and what is attractive is a wide spectrum. Fat/thin, tall/short, flowing hair/solid hair, it all depends. The implication with this relating to Fembots is an ideally designed woman with a perfect appearance, and the long-term maintenance of that perfection. But that could also fall under the umbrella of just being attracted to the female sex, in general. Moving on to the more robotic aspects (assuming the perfect design, of course), it can be any combination of the following:
- Robotic Body Appearance: Shiny, Metallic skin is the consistent winner, but smooth skin (either human-like or artificial appearance) with visible seams can be attractive
*Clothing: From a pragmatic standpoint, what would a robot need with clothes? Nevertheless, it would be up to her. The right outfit can be irresistible.
- Robotic Eyes: These can be a solid, glowing color, or blank and human-like, or a particular pattern, whatever helps you run the risk of losing yourself in your bot's programming...
- Robotic Speech: Normal speech with a synthetic filter is nice, but Monotone or semi-Monotone (with or without synthetic filter)... Mmmh, so hypnotic.
- Robotic Motion: That stiff, slow to mid-speed walk with robotic self-assurance and purpose, OH! Come here to me, my Queen!!!
*Side Note: A Quick Agility function and the capability of smooth, liquid motions for subtle needs (typing on a keyboard, using a fork/spoon, caressing a pet, etc.) are also useful talents.
- Durability: Very durable; Above average strength
- Personality: Emotionless robot / Knows it is a robot, sees its status as a robot as a major asset, but also knows its place in the grand scheme of things (i.e. no AI uprising)
*Personality may vary
Open body panels, or face-offs, or malfunctions, I never got. Body panels did nothing for me, same for face-offs. And malfunctions, particularly the catastrophic/destructive ones, kind of turn me off. A mild malfunction capable of being self-repaired (or repaired by her live-in partner) can be fine, as it helps to sell the robotic behavior. But prolonged malfunctions don't do it for me. I know these are generally the more commonly found elements in videos, but there it is (for me).
I'm not sure if this falls under the topic, but regarding the Relationship with the fembot, it would be hard to pinpoint. By merit of being a robot, they were made with a particular purpose and function: To serve and obey, and provide pleasure. But with such a unit with the above design and capabilities, I would have a hard time commanding such a creation, so I think there may be a satisfying middle-ground in temporarily commanding it to command me to please it. A cyclical Master/slave relationship. That exchange of power can be an amazing turn-on. The fembot pleases her User by pleasing and obeying, and the User does likewise, which is how it ought to be in all relationships. Each partner (man, woman, or otherwise), attracted to each other, building the other up, and pleasing the other however they can.

Shoot, I LOVE this kind of simple idea... Maybe a pretty Synth getting ready for a night out at an event or party where there will be lots of people who aren't aware of her true nature - and the couple wants to keep it that way - and while shes getting ready has a few slight issues to address and correct before heading out. Hmm..smalk wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 9:16 am For me a big turn-on I don't find on the list would be... i don't know how to call it, but let's just say the opposite of sleeper.
