One of the characters in the upcoming game "BlazBlue: Continuum Shift" includes a couple of cyborg girls with the goal of destruction.
And here is the character who was the first boss in the Guilty Gear series, Justice.
She may not look like it, but trust me, Justice IS a female.
If it is possible for man to love machine, is there any way for the machine to love him back? I'd like to think so.

Also, according to the BlazBlue Wiki, Carl Clover's sister and mother were both turned into robotic dolls.
And you gotta admit, Nirvana is pretty hot.
