Squarely off-topic, but related, in the new Ghostbusters, there is a scene where a nude female mannequin is possessed and comes to life. It's only for a few seconds, but for any blank-face and/or mannequin lovers, there's that.
(And also, the movie is very funny and quite good except for an uninspired ending. As a fan of the original–which came out when I was 14 and my high-school friend could quote every line, so long-time fan–just treat this as a completely separate movie and have a good time. Your mileage may vary.)
