Neither. The Rock is going to take the field with a microphone and declare that his XFL (or whatever the new league is called) team is challenging the winner of the game in a "first-to-touchdown wins", and neither team takes the field because they have no desire to be upstaged by Dwayne Johnson, who declares himself the first ever one-person winner of the Super Bowl.
