haha good ideas, i'll think about it ^^ but thanks for all those suggestions ^^The gray outfit gives the opportunity to put real, colored clothes on Miaka on an occasion, e.g. on breast, hips, boots, and let the rest of the body still her gray "flesh". With colored "flesh", that's nearly impossible, it would be just a color overkill.
Other possibility: Make the whole top (breastplate, collar, epaulet) another color, so it actually looks like some cloth.
Just for wearing a gray (or even black) costume, Miaka has to be a real badass -- it's just common sense. That's a twist I like about it: if she undresses, she's *real* angry
Hmm, I'm just thinking about her wearing a white feather boa and matching bracelets. Sweet! (I even made a simple coloring test myself, getting a nice swimsuit edition of Miaka)
