As no one here seem to know it, not even the R-Man who uploaded it or Spaz who watches *everything*, I guess that fembot is a one-shot character from a series which has nothing to do with fembots otherwise. If you'd ask me, I say it's a random villian from a Sailor Moon episode They had some dolls and fembots in there.

So, why the particular interest in that character?
