The last one is an original artwork. The second looks as if it is from Busou Shinki or a Mecha Musume mod for an unrelated game.

This is from the anime series Steel Angel Kurumi, which is the story of gynoid warriors called "Steel Angels" that were created originally in the Taishô era of modern Japanese history (around the 1920s or so). This particular one is Saki, the second of three creations of one Dr. Ayanokôji, who also created the title character Kurumi and a third one named Karinka.
This isn`t a museum but a garage kit fair being held somewhere in Japan. The picture can be quite disorientating (real good camera angle by the photographer), but these garage kits are normally (at most) a foot tall.

"Museum" picture

I hate to be all snobby and shit, but you kids "betta recognize".

Takashi Murakami is the Japanese "Andy Warhol" and one of the most famous contemporary visual artist today.

He deals a lot in anime/manga/otaku iconography and you have all probably seen his stuff at some point.

The Kanye West "Graduation" Album art? He art directed both the packaging and several of the videos on that record.

The Louis Vuitton handbag with the "LV" monogram in bright colors that your mom/girlfriend/coworker lusted after a few years ago? His.

That crazy gynoid sculpture? Totally his.

Actually, the name is "Second Mission Project Ko2", and as Gorgo said, it was taken from the Summer 2000 edition of the "Wonder Festival" in Japan, which is a Garage Kit showcase.

but Murakami's stuff is routinely displayed in museums around the world (There was a Brooklyn Museum exhibit of his works around a year or two ago) So it's easy to mistake the setting for a museum (that picture in particular was taken from an art installation featuring the works of Murakami at said fair)

That being said, I'm pretty sure it was not just "some wicked garage kit selling for $600 bucks at the fair". Why? because that particular piece is probably worth around $600...THOUSAND (if you get it reeeal cheap. One of his other sculptures sold for a cool $15 Million at a Sothebys auction).

So now you know, Kids... and knowing is half the battle.
