the first one is by far the best, the second one is good too, the third one doesn't work for me and the last one is ok but not great.
The artificial side of those face animation by AI brings the little uncanney valley side i love, which goes well with the script and the voice generated above.
But if the whole body is a still an image, its just breaking the trick. So either you focus on the head only (like the second one) or you choose models that are in positions in which it is normal for the body to be perfectly still while only the head can move (the ideal would be to apply this kind of treatment to a manipulation of model in maintenance whose body would be immobilized because open or in maintenance)
in other world if you want to include the whole body, it should be seriously altered in a way that explain why it is perfectly still.
I've done something similar a long time ago but I usually don't share my work.
But to illlustrate what i'm talking about I upload a little GIF example on the kube²lab thread. take a look at it.
