Amazing story find

This is a new one over on mcstories.com about a woman who is transformed into a cyborg to work as a spy. I think I've read it five times in two days. It's just excellent. Enjoy!

While I'm at it, here's another nice one from a few weeks ago. Very nice description of the dilemma of converting a human consciousness into a robotic body. This one offers the hope of a sequel, so I've emailed the author to urge him on.

Wonderful finds! While I found the first a little disturbing - either from the idea that the protagonist ceased to become even a living being (her mind was converted into an AI, after all) or the fact that I found it SOOO appealing! (YEE!

), it was a wonderful read, despite that. The second was bittersweet, and I found myself rooting for the girl - to find what she had lost.
