I don't know if anyone has mentioned it but Taryn Alynn has a site with many nice stories, most PG and many robot related.

Looking further...

This is a page by Rynchin, one of our frequent posters.

She never mentioned any other stories except "beyond the century" - which is indeed excellent. But other stories on the page, at least the ones I've read, are quite excellent as well.

Isn't the link in my profile? Anyway, thanks for the compliments ^_^ Archived in the story section here (and the LTSBA) are, in order of writing: "Getaway", "Clockwork Summer", "My Sister, The Robot", "Katie Lane, Unplugged", "Only The Lonely", and my favourite, "Beyond The Century". ^_^ All the other stories on that site were written mostly when I was in the tenth grade...I'm about six years older or so now hehe...my writing style has improved dramatically (I hope!). I've been debating rewriting a few of my older stories with older characters (more my age or around thereabouts)...maybe so...any suggestions? lol...

You may also be interested in my FanFiction of Penny from "Inspector Gadget", which does include some android related material (not Penny)...you can read five of six parts here...the sixth part hasn't even begun to be written, though, and there are a few plot changes I'm going to make. The real good stuff requires you to start at least with part three, with some nice robotic scenes in parts four and five. ^_^
