Great story! Lots of feelings, creepy scenes and technology. Cyborg-Yandere is very dangerous and scary, especially if the balance between aggression and adoration is upset.
Only the very final is knocked out of logic in my mind. The months to work on the project seem almost impossible, because (in a realistic world) the police will soon start looking for Olivia. I don't think it would be too hard to find out where she went that evening.

PS: In general, I like stories with conversions, although I prefer the android/gynoid conversion.
