I would like to know why he's so indifferent. If anything the one who looks emotionless is him, and she has definitely issues trying to convey what's going on her mind, I liked that angle a lot.

Umm... just look up Studio Neo maybe?
It is again part of the DLC for the Japanese version of Honey Select.
It uses the characters from Honey Select, you need the Japanese version of Honey Select to use it.
