Well, apparently a new videogame, Cradle, has just been announced. The plot seems pretty akward, but what matters is that there's a fembot in it, and that she's one of the main character.

Very nice find! Awesome character design. From the main website (cradle-game.com), it looks like the story evolves around the main protagonist and his relationship with this robot girl as he tries to put her back together. Fascinating!
