The idea of maidroids is squarely in the middle of this fetish. However, the pics of the doll topless are a bit... scary. It appears that the life-cast for this creation was created either on an anorexic, a corpse, or a man wearing boob-padding, or some combination of the above.

But the look of the outfit and the glasses and everything is kind of cute. And obviously I love those ear antenna things.

If they need anyone to be dressed up like that and parade around...
