Episode "Outcast". Has a new female replicator. She is not revealed to be a replicator until near the end of the episode. Actress's name is Emma Lahana. Character's name is Ava Dixon.
You can see the entire episode, in five parts, on youtube. The only part showing her to be anything but human is near the end when she battles her male counterpart.
