Cartoon Network's revamped "Fantastic Four World's Greatest Heroes" featured a fembot in a recent episode. It was episode 11 titled "Bait and Switch." Here are some screen shots:
She doesn't play a large role in this episode. I don't know if she's appeared in previous ones because I caught this by chance since I don't have cable. She was Dr. Doom's assistant and they left plenty of room for her to appear in future episodes. Anyway here is the YouTube link as well:
