Simpsons - treehouse of horror XVI
There was a story about when Bart in a coma, so the family cope with his absence with an android child. Well, the family like him so much that Homer drives Bart in the middle of nowhere where he encounters other various robots (some retro, others based off of the movie AI). For a cartoon, they do a good job with David (the android) if anyone can upload it or find it, please post it.

Err? The only instance I can recall is a sofa intro in which the entire family was comprised of the old fashioned walking wind-up toys with sparks shooting out of their mouths. Apart from that, I had a fantasy about "The Springfield Wives" as a Treehouse episode, but I doubt it ever actually happened, seeing as I have no connection to the Simpsons in any imaginable way.Doctor Robo wrote:There are a couple of brief instances that show Marge as a fembot of some sort. If I can dig up the episode titles I will definitely post the info here.
I'd be very interested in seeing/hearing about a MargeBot episode.

The Simpsons episode with the Margebot is called : The Heartbroke Kid. It is the 17th episode from season 16 or episode #352 in the series.
It is included as item #9 on my list of Fembot Film & Tv subjects. The first Simpsons episode called Treehouse of Horror XVI is from season 17 & is episode 4 or episode #360 in the series & is item #190 on my Fembot Film & Tv list.
Here is a brief description of the events in The Heartbroke Kid episode.
Marge : "Bart, i spent all afternoon stuffing tuna fish ... have some!"
Bart : "No, thanks! The vending machines at school feed me now."
Marge : "Oh! So i've been replaced by a machine?"
Homer: "Marge, no machine could ever replace you. Why you're the ... or could it?"
At this time Homer has a dream sequence. Homer opens the front door to his home wearing a hat & holding a suitcase.
Homer: "Oh, Margebot! I'm ready for some lovin'."
The dream sequence concludes with a metallic covered Marge robot entering the front hallway holding an automatic weapon. The Margebot shoots Homer dead at the doorstep.
Homer: "Why did i give her a gun? But i repeat, no one is being replaced by a machine ... until all the kinks are worked out."
