Message to Noidguy : Here is some more information about Spandex : A Father's Tale from the writer & director himself ... Matthew Manson.

What does "robot" in the IMDB listing - as in "Kelly Hackett ... robot/every female extra" - mean? Does she play an android or something? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
Glad to answer your question. The very sexy Kelly Hackett plays a robot in 'Spandex: A Father's Tale.' The robot's name is Rachel and was created by the main character's mother to be his girlfriend; A 'pleasure droid' if you wish. Because of time constraints, Rachel's scene was cut from the festival print of the film. It is available on the DVD. FYI, there is a feature-length version of 'Spandex: A Father's Tale' in the works where Rachel has a much larger role. Look out for it around 2007. Kelly is also credited as 'every female extra' as an in-joke for the production. The director made sure she was in the background of every scene. Hope this answers your questions.

Matthew Manson
Writer/Director 'Spandex: A Father's Tale'
Winner - Best Family Short, Tribeca Film Festival
Winner - Best Film, Billyburg Film Festival

Great info, Magnus! Thanks for posting. Of course one detail is missing. Where do I buy the dvd? I'm guessing nobody knows the answer yet.

This is the first of several posts which restores items from the old master list. This list is more than 5 years old & there are a number of tv show episodes & movies which have mysteriously been omitted from the current list in the gynoid gallery. The only common thread between them is that they are either adult or animated in nature & were deemed not as important as live action entries with a decent budget & a story. Only Noidguy can explain why these items have been removed from the list. I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring them back for the sake of new members who might not be familiar with any of them.

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

101. AD Police Files : The Phantom Woman ( 1990 ) : In the future, many difficult & undesirable jobs are handled by specially designed androids called Bumas or Boomers. The AD Police are trained to deal with them when they go berserk.

102. All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku ( 1992 ) : When Ryunosuke's pet cat is fatally injured, his slightly mad father saves the feline by putting its brain into a cute & cuddly robot school girl's body in this animated series.

103. Armitage III ( 1994 ) : A policeman, Ross Sylibus, is assigned to a unit on a Martian colony, to find that women are being murdered by a psychotic. Every victim is found to be an illegally made 3rd-generation android.

104. Bubblegum Crisis : Born To Kill ( 1987 ) : The story chronicles the battles of four women in power armor against an evil mega-corporation called Genom. The four vigilante women assist the AD Police in fighting androids.

105. Cutey Honey ( 1973 ) : The story of Cutey Honey, a sexy android who can transform herself into a myriad of forms to defeat her evil enemies, the beast women in this Japanese animated tv series that aired from 1973-1974.

106. El Hazard ( 1995 ) : Makoto & several others are transported to El Hazard after he receives a calling from a mysterious female. Her name is Ifurita & she is revealed from the time capsule to be an android.

107. Ghost in the Shell ( 1995 ) : The year is 2029. The world has become intensively information oriented & humans are well-connected to the network. Cyborgs form Section 9 to prevent crime with their incredible strength & abilities.

108. Robot Carnival ( 1987 ) : This animated movie is an anthology about robots. One of the stories is called Presence & involves a young toy-maker who makes a beautiful, female cyborg & then destroys her only to be haunted by her spirit.

109. Spiderman : Fifth Avenue Phantom ( 1967 ) : Season 1 episode 9 features female robot slaves cunningly placed on display in department stores as shop-window mannequins used in a plot to take over the world with an army of robots.

110. Spiderwoman : Games of Doom ( 1979 ) : Season 1 episode 8 features android duplicates to replace athletes at the world athletic games. One of the female athletes is also replaced by an android in a plot to take over the minds of everyone on earth.

This is the first of several posts which adds to or revises items that are currently found on the new version of the master list. The Avengers, Lost in Space, & Red Dwarf are on this list but there is no detail given to the episode titles featuring female androids. I've discovered that the Wild Weird World of Dr. Goldfoot was actually a single episode from a dance show called Hullabaloo. The following information is meant to fill in the blanks for any series where the android content is absent.

Here are some additions & revisions to items that appear on the master list.

1. Avengers - Never, Never Say Die ( 1961 ) : Season 5 episode 114 featured a female android duplicate of Mrs. Peel played by Diana Rigg. Professor Stone is making robot duplicates at a top-secret government research facility.

2. Lost in Space - The Android Machine ( 1965 ) : Season 2 episode 36 featured a female android named Verda played by Dee Hartford. Dr. Smith accidentally orders an android when he discovers an abandoned android machine.

3. Lost in Space - Revolt of the Androids ( 1965 ) : Season 2 episode 53 featured a return of the female android Verda played by Dee Hartford. Penny helps the android who is on the run from a super android sent to destroy her.

4. Red Dwarf - Camille ( 1988 ) : Season 4 episode 19 featured a female android named Camille played by Judy Pascoe. She is a genetically engineered lifeform rescued by Kryten & she is programmed to be everyone's perfect companion.

5. The Wild Weird World of Dr. Goldfoot ( 1965 ) : It is worth noting that this 30 minute television special has been incorporated onto another DVD & not as a separate item. It is contained entirely on the DVD : Vincent Price The Sinister Image.

If I ever get the time I hope to update the Master List at gynoid.com with these titles. Maybe this winter I'll be able to work on it. Many thanks to MAGNUS for continuing the search!

(I'm pretty sure "Wild Weird World of Dr. Goldfoot" was an episode of Shindig and not Hullabaloo. I have it on tape but haven't viewed it in quite a while.)

This is the second post which restores items from the old master list. The first item on this list is the last of the animated entries. The rest of this list is made up of adult films. With the exception of Climax 2000 : Part 1, all of the other descriptions come from another great master list of robots in film & television at the following website : http://www.sexuality.org/l/fetish/robofaq.html - I borrowed these plot outlines as there is little or no information available on the IMDB website.

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

111. Key : The Metal Idol ( 1994 ) : Key is an android, created by a kindly old scientist wanting to use his skill in robotics to create peace & love in the world. She is on a quest to become human in this animated film.

112. Batteries Included ( 2002 ) : AKA Robovixens. Porn film about a dating service that rents robot girls. Except for a nice start-up scene at the start, no robot action at all.

113. Climax 2000 : Part 1 ( 1994 ) : It's turn of the century Los Angeles. An erotic love story set within a futuristic cyberpunk counter-culture which has erupted from the electronic underground highway. Vixxxen stars as the love doll.

114. Cybersex ( 1995 ) : Man hacks into what looks like a singles bulletin board, but is actually a control system for a female military robot. It breaks free to meet her new lover. Nice costumes & sets, a good start up or two, but not much else.

115. Living Doll ( 1987 ) : Not to be confused with the tv series. Porn film about a toy store full of randy dolls, including an electronic woman doll, a teddy bear & more. In truth, the cover photo of a woman posing like a mannequin in a cage is sexier than the film.

116. Lust Runner ( 1995 ) : Science Fiction porn flick loosely based on Blade Runner. One character is a sex android. One nice scene as she describes her abilities & programming, tho not too robotic.

117. Night of the Living Debbies ( 1989 ) : Nina Hartley stars in this film about a mad scientist who builds robot sex dolls. Some great voice, & start-up / wind down action, & good motion scenes, including a robotic blowjob.

118. Pleasure Maze ( 1986 ) : Porn about a testing lab for robot women. Little action, some good start-up scenes. Highlight : Nina Hartley as a model being tested for the first time.

119. Programmed for Pleasure ( 1984 ) : Dubbed version of a French film called La Object Du Femme ( The Female Object ). A SF author builds himself a robot woman as insatiable as he is. Great moves, good robot-acting, very erotic.

120. Robofox ( 1987 ) : An ugly woman is hit by a car, & is rebuilt by a man-hating female doctor into Angela Baron. Sorry, but wooden acting does not make one a robot. Not worth the trouble.

The Metal Idol ( 1994 )

Post by droidlvr » Sun Oct 16, 2005 6:42 pm

Key : The Metal Idol ( 1994 ) : Key is an android, created by a kindly old scientist wanting to use his skill in robotics to create peace & love in the world. She is on a quest to become human in this animated
This shouldn't continue to be listed on any ASFR film list as key is not a robot.

D'oh! Spoiler alert! I was only up to episode 473 and had no idea. But if I remember correctly there is a female robot performer which is controlled by the thoughts of her human original.

This is the 2nd post which adds to or revises items that are currently found on the new version of the master list. There is an additional episode of Lost in Space as well as 4 episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that are not mentioned on that list. It was mentioned that Key : The Metal Idol should not be on the list. I haven't seen this one so i can't comment on that story. The IMDB website describes her character as a robot & it was included on the old master list. I found the Wild, Weird World of Dr. Goldfoot information from another master list at http://www.sexuality.org/l/fetish/robofaq.html

6. Lost in Space : The Phantom Family ( 1965 ) : Season 2 episode 56 featured female android duplicates of the Robinson family members. Will returns to camp & finds the rest of the family are acting strange & that they are androids.

7. Buffy the Vampire Slayer : Intervention ( 1997 ) : Season 5 episode 96 featured the first appearance of Buffybot played by Sarah Michelle Gellar. Warren builds the Buffybot for Spike but the robot is damaged when the gang rescues Spike.

8. Buffy the Vampire Slayer : The Gift ( 1997 ) : Season 5 episode 100 featured the second appearance of the Buffybot. The Buffybot is brought out of storage & repaired to fill in for Buffy during a fight with Glory until she is decapitated.

9. Buffy the Vampire Slayer : Bargaining ( 1997 ) : Season 6 episode 101 featured the third appearance of the Buffybot. The Buffybot is repaired again & assumes Buffy's identity in taking care of Dawn & continuing to slay all the vampires.

10. Buffy the Vampire Slayer : Bargaining ( 1997 ) : Season 6 episode 102 featured the fourth & final appearance of the Buffybot. The Buffybot is scrap metal after being torn limb from limb when she encounters a demon motorcycle gang.

This is the third post which restores items from the old master list. The descriptions for the adult films come from the website http://www.sexuality.org/l/fetish/robofaq.html with the exception of Robofox II & Sexworld. The only items on this old list that are not adult in nature include the live action tv series Space : Above and Beyond & the animated tv series Beverly Hills Teens. There are only a few items remaining from the old list which will be added at a later time.

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

121. Robofox II ( 1988 ) : Sequel to Robofox about a lonely young lady who is hit by a car & has to be surgically rebuilt by a mad doctor. The evil doctor has programmed her to hate men & to literally sex them to death.

122. Robosex ( -N/A- ) : Aliens kidnap people, turn them into sex robots in an attempt to take over the world. Okay voices ( A little too much electronic fiddling makes them hard to understand ).

123. Sex Aliens ( 1987 ) : Two space girls come to earth in search of their king. They use two robot girls as soldiers, and kidnap and reprogram one earth girl. Very nice start-up sequences, little to no robot action afterwards.

124. Sex Droids ( 1987 ) : Porn film. A scientist's plastic people are tested in a lab. Unimpressive save for one brief startup scene.

125. Sex World ( 1978 ) : A porno version of Westworld. Upon arriving at Sex World, guests are interviewed about their deepest fantasies & sexual desires. Central ( droid ) casting then cranks out the necessary synthetic playmates.

126. Stepville Wives AKA Her Total Response ( 1975 ) : Features young women with circuit boards in the back of their necks doing lewd things. There was a nice scene when one got stuck in a DO loop & had to be reset & another with the heroine having lesbian sex with her friend who had gone all strange.

127. Trashi ( 1981 ) : Adult film. A scientist makes a series of robot women, all with electronic voices but little mechanical action.

128. User Friendly ( 1992 ) : Very disappointing porn film about a robot woman built by two guys. The robot does not act robotic at all. Another woman pretends to be a robot to trick a woman trying to buy the real robot, & she's more robotic than the robot & not by much.

129. Beverly Hills Teens ( 1987 ) : This animated tv series featured a female android named Roberta in an episode titled Robot Romance. A genius named Chester builds a robotic girl which short circuits at an upcoming dance.

130. Space : Above and Beyond ( 1995 ) : This live action tv series featured female androids called Silicates. Kimberly Patton is the most notable among the female Silicates having played the character Feliciti OH a total of 4 times.

This is the third post which adds to or revises items that are currently found on the new version of the master list as well as the old list.

I have seen some of the Space : Above and Beyond episodes but i'm not sure about all of the android episodes. I am relying on information from www.epguides.com to provide details on the female android content in this series.

The episodes of Space : Above and Beyond listed below all feature the female android, or Silicate, named Feliciti OH 519 played by actress Kimberly Patton. There may be other female androids in these episodes but she appears in all four of these shows according to information on the episode guides website.

The only other episodes featuring Silicates include episode 16 titled : The Angriest Angel. This show has a Silicate named Elroy E1 played by actor Doug Hutchison. He played this character in the episodes Pearly & Choice or Chance as well as Eugene Victor Tooms in the X-Files. The 2nd show with Silicates is episode 20 titled : R & R. This show had a Silicate named Alvin EL 1543 played by actor David Duchovny from the X-Files.

11. Red Dwarf : The Last Day ( 1995 ) : Season 3 episode 18 featured a Marilyn Monroe robot in a story involving the android Kryten. A new, advanced android called Hudzen 10 arrives to replace Kryten who is outdated & will be dismantled.

12. Space : Above and Beyond : The Dark Side of the Sun ( 1995 ) : Season 1 episode 4. Nightmares come to life for Shane when a sentry-duty assignment on an asteroid leads the 58th into a bloody confrontation with a battalion of rogue androids.

13. Space : Above and Beyond : Eyes ( 1995 ) : Season 1 episode 7. The Saratoga becomes a pressure cooker of violence & political intrigue when an assassination on earth forces a delegation of UN officials to use the craft as the site of an important conference.

14. Space : Above and Beyond : Choice or Chance ( 1995 ) : Season 1 episode 10. After narrowly escaping the crippled alien battleship, the 58th finds itself imprisoned in the catacombs of a Chig penal colony. This is the second half of a two part story.

15. Space : Above and Beyond : Pearly ( 1995 ) : Season 1 episode 19. Stranded on an embattled planet, the 58th must race to reach the rendezvous point in time to save an injured Shane - and their only hope is a marooned officer who's been on the planet for months.

The first three items on this list are the final entries left over from the old version of the master list. The remaining items that follow are female cyborg appearances i'm adding that were covered under the topic : Female Cybernetics / Clones / Holograms. There are several items included on the master list that would be classified as a female cyborg. These Borg examples should also be included on this list as well if we are going to be combining female cyborgs with female androids.

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

131. Coppelia, The Animated Doll ( 1900 ) : This silent, short, French movie directed by George Melies is based on the ballet "Coppelia" by Delibes. The story is that of a robot-like doll who becomes a woman. The French title is Coppelia : La Poupee Animee.

132. Shanks ( 1974 ) : This movie featured women who have had electrodes inserted at key nerve points after death in order to re-animate them & make them move by remote control. Mata Hari is one of the re-animated women.

133. Tales of Hoffman ( 1951 ) : This movie featured the life-like dancing robot doll named Olympia played by Moira Shearer. Hoffman tells the customers in a tavern of his three loves in a filmed version of an opera told in flashbacks.

134. Star Trek : First Contact ( 1996 ) : This movie featured the Borg queen played by actress Alice Krige. The Borg queen is technically more of a female cyborg than a female android & she can separate her parts like components of a machine.

135. Star Trek : Enterprise ( 2001 ) : Season 2 episode 49 titled Regeneration featured a female Borg drone. A female member of a research team is assimilated as a Borg after discovering the remnants of a Borg ship in the Arctic.

136. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 7 episode 171 & season 7 episode 172 titled Endgame featured the Borg queen played by actress Alice Krige. She reprises her role from First Contact in the series' final episode.

137. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 5 episode 109 & season 5 episode 110 titled Dark Frontier featured the Borg queen played by actress Susanna Thompson. She also played the Borg queen in the Unimatrix Zero episodes.

138. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 3 episode 59 titled Unity featured a female Borg drone. Chakotay discovers a woman named Riley, played by actress Lori Hallier, among colonists who used to be Borg drones.

139. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 6 episode 122 titled Survival Instinct featured a female Borg drone. Flashback footage is shown when Seven of Nine & the other woman were part of the collective & in full Borg outfits.

140. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 6 episode 146 & season 7 episode 147 titled Unimatrix Zero Parts 1 & 2 featured female Borg. Susanna Thompson is the Borg queen & Captain Janeway & Torres are turned into Borg drones.

This is the fourth post which adds to or revises items that are currently found on the new version of the master list as well as the old list. The Dr. Who episode Destiny of the Daleks is a story told in four parts. I've included the episodes from Beyond Westworld because the master list makes it look like only the pilot episode called Westworld Destroyed contains fembots. The other four episodes in the series feature the female robot Roberta played by actress Anne McCurry. A robot replica of Connie Sellecca appears in the second episode.

16. Dr. Who : Destiny of the Daleks ( 1963 ) : Season 17 episode 104 featured a female android named Agella played by Suzanne Daniela. The doctor lands on a planet called Skaro & he encounters a race of androids called the Movellans.

17. Beyond Westworld : My Brothers Keeper ( 1980 ) : Season 1 episode 2. Simon Quaid will help a man pay off a gambling dept but in return wants half of the profits from his oil company. The Delos team intervenes to protect this man & his brother.

18. Beyond Westworld : Sound of Terror ( 1980 ) : Season 1 episode 3. Simon Quaid plans to steal uranium & develop a bomb for an African general planning to take over his country. The Delos team infiltrate a rock concert to expose Quaid's plans.

19. Beyond Westworld : Takeover ( 1980 ) : Season 1 episode 4. Simon Quaid arranges an attack on a police captain which alerts the Delos team when they learn the state governor is visiting. John Moore goes undercover at the police station.

20. Beyond Westworld : The Lion ( 1980 ) : Season 1 episode 5. Simon Quaid wants to steal the invention of a new motor & arranges the destruction of the test car during a demonstration. The Delos team gets involved to drive a replacement car.

This post is a recap of items i mentioned under separate Fembot Film & Tv topics last year. There will be more new items i am adding soon but i wanted to put them here in order to have one place to find them all. More details to the following shows can be found under the topic headings i mentioned above. The next two posts will cover the balance of the films & tv shows under my topics as well as adding items that others have reported. The three posts after that will cover new entries for the list.

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

141. Star Trek : Voyager ( 1995 ) : Season 3 episode 68 & season 4 episode 69 titled : Scorpion introduced the female Borg named Seven of Nine played by Jeri Ryan. She deserves special mention for appearing in the last four years of this series.

I'm not really sure about the years on these titles, but I can list a few.

Key the Metal Idol: A dark anime based on pinochio. A girl named Key wants to become human and was told how to on her grandfathers deathbed. The only way for her to do this was to make 30,000 friends. In her way is a large militaristic corporation which is producing robotic weapons disguised as humans in an attempt to dominate the war industry. In a attempt to test there robots, they set them up as idol singers to test there functionbility in the real world. This just happens to be what Key was hoping to do in hope of gathering the friends she needs to make her whole.

Armitage Duel Matrix: A anime movie based on the near future where robots have taken over most of the work and jobs in the world. Naturally this would bring up riots of lost jobs for the humans and so discrimination explodes. This story revolves around a high functioning android cop named Armitage. Her mission is to discover who is going after the mysterious deaths of the androids from her own breed. A breed of androids that can reproduce like humans.

Armitage Poly Matrix: The story continues in the second movie as Armitage, the only surviver of her breed is hunted down for her data by a mysterious organization. The data that gives her the power to reproduce with humans.

Buttobi CPU: *Soft Hentai* One day a lowly college student gathers up enough money to buy himself a computer and what luck, a sale was going on for the product he wanted. He quickly rushed to the store just to find out that they were sold out. On his way back he ran into a mysterious man that told him he had a copy of the computer he wanted. With ease, he bought the package from the man and rushed home with joy. To his surprise when he opened the package, a woman appeared from within. What was the meaning of this and why is she call him her master?

Mail Order Maiden: *Hentai* Aiwa is a hormonal young man who just wants to have a girlfriend and get laid. Perpetually daydreaming about his pretty schoolmate Kozue, Aiwa wastes no time in trying to win her affection. But one day, a mysterious package arrives at Aiwa`s doorstep. It seems Aiwa is finally getting his mail order from some months ago -- a cute android girl who`s supposed to do whatever he asks! Now this will definitely mess up his plans for Kozue, but then having his very own cutie at home sure is convenient... what`s a guy to do then?

Arisa: *Hentai*It was Taisho Era. Morisaki Shinichiro and his little sister-in-law were managing a café that his dead mother had left. His father used to be an excellent scientist, but he began to absorb in studying “android”. People began to cast cold eyes on him, and finally, he disappeared. After that, they two were living poor lives. One day, with a loud noise, an android girl dropped breaking the ceiling of the café. Then, their peaceful life suddenly turns into slapstick.

Sexorcist: *Hentai* In 22 century robot that are controlled by the human conscience are thoroughly being made to replace the dirty work that exists in the human society. But since they are controlled by the human conscience, there is a good and bad side to this. Recently android rape cases and disapearences were on the rise. A small taskforce was set out to find the roots to this with a new prototype robot that has the ability to share a perfection connection from there human counterpart; from laughter, to sadness, to pain, and to pleasure.

They want there freedom, they want there part in the say, they want to be reconized at any cost and in any way. What is the team at section 9 to do when the very government they work for is directly effected by the attacks of these outcasts believing they are traveling on the truth path to salvation.

This is the fifth post which adds to or revises items that are currently found on the new version of the master list as well as the old list. Thank you, Yosuke, for your detailed plotlines for all the shows you added. I am only providing basic information for these items on my list. One day i might get around to providing reviews for some of these items. Ghost in the Shell : Stand Alone Complex is on my list ( #60 ) but i am unfamiliar with the Second Gig. Key : The Metal Idol was also on my list ( #111 ) & i remember that there was some debate over whether she was an android. Armitage III was on my list ( #103 ) & i was eventually going to add the other two to the list at some point. The other four items you added are completely new to me so i will be adding those in sequence at a later time. Thanks again for your contributions.

Cutey Honey was on the old master list but no particular version of that story was specified so i assumed the one on the list was the original tv series from 1973. I have now added the other versions of this story to the list below.

21. Armitage III : Poly Matrix ( 1997 ) : Animated movie compiling the 4 installments of a video miniseries & cut down in length from the original version. This movie has a third series female robot named Naomi Armitage played by Elizabeth Berkley.

22. Armitage III : Dual Matrix ( 2002 ) : Animated movie set five years later with third series robot named Naomi Armitage living on Mars with her husband & daughter. A corporation wants to know the secrets of the third's ability to bear children.

23. New Cutey Honey ( 1994 ) : Japanese animated movie with the female android played by Michiko Neya. In hibernation for years, the body-shifting android Cutey Honey is brought out of her self-imposed stasis to fight the evil Dolmek & his minions of monsters.

24. Cutey Honey Flash ( 1997 ) : Japanese animated tv series that aired from 1997-1998 with Ai Nagano playing the female android named Cutey Honey. Normal teenaged girl Honey Kisiragi becomes Cutey Honey & is angered after a gang kidnaps her father.

25. Cutie Honey ( 2004 ) : Japanese live action movie with the female android played by Eriko Sato. When Panther Claw kidnaps Honey's scientist uncle, it's up to her, a suave journalist & a beautiful police inspector to lay down the law.

Here are a few more.

Stainless Nights: *Hentai* *Warning, you might die of laugter due to horrible dubs* After ten years of dormancy, Linea awakes from a capsule in the countryside of Japan. Without any memories, she wanders into a small research center staffed by three beautiful women. One of the researchers, Sayako, is entranced by the strange woman and leaves her present lover. Sayako takes Linea to bed, and finds that her abilities are beyond that of any ordinary woman!

Dragon Ball Z: I'm not too fond of this series, but during the android saga, the infamous android duel appears. Android 17 *The guy* and 18 *The Gal*. Now to a anime fan or maybe towards a asfr fan, those are probably the easiest androids to find when searching anime and google together. No explanations needed.

Android Ana Maico 2010: It`s the year 2010, and tons of radio stations are competing for the attention of the millions of prospective listeners that tune in daily. A new breakthrough in radio technology, namely an android announcer who is capable of delivering nonstop excitement to listeners (androids require no bathroom breaks, sleep, food, et cetera - just plug them in and they`re set to go) seems to be the last hope for a failing radio station. But what happens when you give the project to six failed employees that haven`t yet delivered a single real successful program in all their careers? And all of them have their own ideas on how to create and manage such a show? Wait and see!!!

PS: By the way... though this isn't the topic for this... you can find most of the animes that I list at www.boxtorrents*Pause*.com. You'll need bit torrent to download the stuff there. For the hentai, you must join and activate the hentai search in your preferences.

Oh woops, I guess I should read more carefully, and about the key the metal idol stuff.

*Spoilers*

Well she does turn out not to be a android, but there is plenty of other droid goodness in that series, such as the PPOR's *For example the Miho and Beniko Androids.*

This post is the second recap of items i mentioned under separate fembot film & tv topics last year as well as a few that others have mentioned. Thank you again, Yosuke, for your continued contributions to this list. Only one of these you mentioned is on my list. It is Dragon Ball Z ( #86 - 90 ) but all of the others are new items. I should probably organize all of these into a checklist that is in alphabetical order so they would be easier to find now that i'm approaching 200 items. I was also thinking at some point i would tackle a list of general robots & androids as i can think of some that have never been mentioned. These items would not include female robots but cover all the other types.

Item #158 was first mentioned by Noidguy earlier under this topic & i included the other El Santo film as item #69 on my list. For more information on both Santo Vs. Capulina ( 1968 ) & Santo in Black Gold ( 1975 ) go to the following website for a detailed review of each movie : http://www.wam.umd.edu/~dwilt/santo.html

Here are a few more robot appearances in film & tv that do not appear on the master list.

151. Farscape ( 1999 ) : Season 4 episode 82 titled : Bringing Home the Beacon featured a robot duplicate of Aeryn Sun played by actress Claudia Black. Commander John Crichton discovers Aeryn was kidnapped & replaced with a robot.

152. Richie Rich's Christmas Wish ( 1998 ) : This family comedy film featured the female robot named Irona who first appeared in the Richie Rich comic book series. Also featured in this movie was an alternate universe evil Irona.

153. Spy Kids ( 2001 ) : This family comedy film featured a robotic duplicate of Carmen Cortez played by actress Alexa Vega. The true Spy Kids are actually robot children & there are a variety of robot girls seen throughout the movie.

154. Spy Kids 2 : Island of Lost Dreams ( 2002 ) : This sequel to the original Spy Kids film also features the robot double of Carmen Cortez once again played by actress Alexa Vega. The robot kids continue to appear on Floop's tv show.

155. War of the Worlds ( 1988 ) : Season 1 episode 22 titled : The Angel of Death featured a female android named Q'Tara played by actress Elaine Giftos. She was a synth from the planet Qar'to sent to wipe out the alien invaders.

156. Newsradio ( 1995 ) : Season 3 episode 35 titled : Daydream featured female android versions of characters in the show. Joe has a dream on an unbelievably hot day that he turned each of the staffers into android robots.

157. Superman III ( 1983 ) : This sequel to the original Superman film featured a woman transformed into a cybernetic organism by a super computer. Vera Webster, played by actress Annie Ross, is turned into a robot to battle Superman at the end of the film.

158. Santo in Black Gold ( 1975 ) : AKA Santo En Oro Negro. This foreign film features a female android duplicate of a character named Vanessa Del Valle played by actress Gilda Haddock. This is the second Santo film with fembots.

159. The Bionic Woman ( 1976 ) : Jaime Sommers deserves special mention for three seasons as a female cyborg introduced in a two part episode of The Six Million Dollar Man, subsequent guest shots & three made for tv reunion movies.

160. The Return of the Six Million Dollar Man & the Bionic Woman : Bionic Showdown ( 1989 ) : This made for television movie featured a female cyborg named Kate Mason played by actress Sandra Bullock in an early role.

I'm glad to help MAGNUS. Here are a few more titles... some may sound familiar if you've been around gynoids in anime long enough.

Mezzo DSA
The 13 episode series that occurs after its OVA "Mezzo Forte" One of the episodes is based on Androids. *Haven't seen this series*

EDIT* I just watched it. Episode 4 and 5 does something with gynoids and episode 6 does a lot with it. *fave episode is episode 6. Possibly only episode with full body droid nudity*

Space Ship Agga Ruter *Hentai*
From the creative genius behind Tenchi Muyo! Sexy space pirate Jannis is wanted in more ways than one. And when the lovely officers of the Space Fleet show up to collar her, they prove to be a real handful! Is 19-year-old Taiyo man enough to help everyone escape this sticky situation? *Taiyo's adopted mother is an android*

Battle Angel Alita
The Scrapyard. Home to the rubbish and refuse -- both human and non -- of Tiphares, a utopia above the clouds. This is the world of Yukito Kishiro, and the deeper into it I delve, the more amazed I become. For in the Scrapyard, what is left of humanity must find its own way, free of the society which floats like a promise overhead. In a wasteland where meaninglessness and mortality are the givens, Kishiro weaves the most basic of humanity's philosophical dilemmas into a bloody tapestry of choices made and alliances forged.

Slave Doll*Hentai*
Aki is an Andromaid, half android, half maid. Created to infiltrate the house of Kenichi, she disguises herself as an ordinary housekeeper. Her mission is to capture a sample of Kenichi`s superior sperm, but she ends up with more than she bargained for. Will her android heart find love after comforting her sad new master?

Hooligan*Hentai*
Totally Uncensored & Uncut! Five girls. One guy. Seven Holy Dildos. It all started when our hero, Yukito, was trying to score with his favorite blonde bombshell, Olga. Things were just heating up when one of her science experiments exploded, and it screwed up all of time and space. Now, only one thing can save the world: the Seven Holy Dildos!
*One of the enemies is an android.*
