One suggestion. If you bid on this and someone else outbids you, don't bid again because this seller will continue to relist the item.

Video CD? A semi-standard format that was promoted around the same time DVDs were gaining acceptance. Most CDROM drives can play it with the assistance of QT or other graphic program.

The quality is about that of VHS, at times a little better, but not by much.
