Ummm.... Why didn't somebody say something?

Just saw the latest episode of Angel, and reference was made to killer cyborgs. So, I checked the episode guides and apparently last week's episode, called "Lineage", involved....guess what? Killer cyborgs. I couldn't tell from the review whether or not there were any females in the bunch. But somebody here must know. Right?

Saw most of the episode.

No ladyborgs, just odd cyber-ninja thingies flipping around and killing everything.

I watched it, and while there were not she-borgs in this episode it seems like there is good potential for some in the not-so-distant-future. There were more than just the ninja cyborgs, one actually was a male doppelganger (HEAVY cyborgs, nearly fully mechanical). Spike also made comments about his sexual escapades with BuffyBot and most of the cyborgs escaped giving hint that they will be back in a future episode. Given Joss Whedon's history (Annalee Call, April, BuffyBot) I wouldn't be surprised if we get some she-borgs soon. I will keep my eyes open.

How about this idea? In the scuffle with the cyborgs Fred was kidnapped and replaced with a double. Her true identity to be revealed in a future episode. I know....been done before. Kill Oscar being one example. A Santo film being another. But one more time can't hurt! :D

Annalee Call?

What happened there? I'm familiar with April and BuffyBot, but not Annalee.

She is the bio-droid from Alien: Resurrection, which was written by Joss.
