Request: identify a "living mannequin" film

All I have to go on is that the film is 10 years old or more; that it involved a living mannequin in a store display window, where a man left a note for the living mannequin. It might have been soft-core.

Dammit, I know the clip, seen it multiple times, but I'm totally blanking on the title as well.

The girl is in a small storefront window, like an indie boutique rather than a department store. I think she's in some sort of stars-and-stripes bathing suit. There's a heckler outside trying to make her crack but she doesn't break character, though once he leaves the periphery she sticks out her tongue at him. But then notices that while that was going on, another older man left an envelope for her that she picks up and reads.

Don't recall if I had the clip on a compilation tape, or if it was uploaded to YouTube by a collector who got their account shut down later.

Pretty sure it was a straight-to-video erotic thriller, but shot on film. Had that '90s sheen to it.
