Not sure if it goes in "anime" since it's an anime spoof from Grand Teft Auto.
Basically all that's weird in anime.
Condensed.
The protagonist is a magical girl that transforms into a robot with rocket launcher boobies (not rocket boobies. rocket launcher boobies), sex jokes be plentiful.
In GTA apparently there are 2 seasons consisting of several shows each 11 minute long.
And a movie. A friggin' movie.
I don't own GTA so i don't know. And i can't even. Period.
