trailer for a movie that looked like a GITS clone?

There was a post I thought in the videos, and it could have been more than a year ago of a movie with a robot girl, I think, with short brunette hair who was like a part of the government and like hunting rebels and they were turning her.. I dunno. I wanted to follow up on it and see if they finished the movie. But I can't find the trailer or the title.

Let me see short brown hair, parted, outfit a little like gits. Seemed that the rebels were kind of like street people and the government made her. It was only the trailer, I think it was on the youtube thread that went of forever but now I can't find. Even if someone could link that thread I could go through it.

Oh god, that did not come out well. Just talking heads and looooooooooots of development. Needs an editor. With how simple that plot was and all the talking head shots it could have been a short.
Sigh. So much potential. I know it sounds mean.
