After my last mention on the potentials of using SFM to make fembot related content (along with a few of the setbacks), I remembered that there was another form of free cgi software out there.
MikuMikuDance (aka MMD) is a freeware animation program created by Yu Higuchi as part of Vocaloid's video project. Since 2008, the program has been used by countless people to make a wide variety of multimedia stuff. Most of what's been given out consist of music videos, yet some people have used the program for more complex projects, such as the successful integration of the Kinect and RoosterTeeth's RWBY series.
What's cool about the program is not is it only cheap to use (it runs somewhat smoothly even on a decade-old computer like mine), but because of its' freeware-license, many people over the program's six year lifespan have created a multitude of models, props and motions for people to use on their own.
There is, indeed, a good amount of ASFR-related models and props, you just have to know where to look. For example, I managed to find a model of the Operator android from GITS:SAC, with robotic finger extensions.

However, unlike SFM, there are also some key restraints that need mentioning.
First off, 3d animation is not an easy task, and MMD in no way simplifies that process. One can easily get lost in the vast arrays of commands and controls the program offers, and when knows not what they're doing, the time it takes to make something can be consuming.
Second, because it's freeware, the program isn't as well refined as purchasable software, and unless you've got a moderately powerful computer, you won't be doing much animating.
But none of these problems are as key and important as the biggest of them all:
Model Creator Rights.
For every piece of content made public to everyone (including models and props), there is this notification of the creator's concerns with and how what-said content is used for. Most state to give them a sense of credit for anything using their content, and some even go so far as to prohibit their content's public use in anything sexual or inappropriate; this is even apparent on some of the more high-quality stuff available out there.
Most stuff includes a simple ReadMe(usually in Japanese due to the majority of content-creators in Japan) within their download file; so, to avoid any issues with the creator: Read that ReadMe.
But besides that, MMD can be a very awesome program to create ASFR content from; so, to those willing to take the plunge, here's your chance!
For more info. on MMD, look it up anywhere, you'll definitely find a boatload of cool stuff.
